  Hi there ok im new i dont know what d hell is going on but now u got me excited. I want to make a app that can locate any number i like evenwithout the victims permission. Is this possible? Or even if i call it while im talking to the victim on there phn on my screen it will show a map with there exact location. Is this possible?
