building my site

    I have been trying to build my website with wordpress since May of this year and have had constant problems. I went through a site called Siteground who has sent me a 3 hour video that instructs you how to build the site. The video is outdated, I then call Siteground who sometimes helps but always reminds me that they don’t build sites. They also don’t always know the answers. I need help and advise, if I chose the premium program will someone help me build my site?

    Are you referring to a WordPress.com site (if so which one?) or to https://upcycledecoupage.com/, which is not a WordPress.com site and is hosted by Siteground?

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different versions of WordPress, with different support forums. See the WordPress.com and WordPress.org support page.
