i am building an online store inside my computer before uploaded. I am doing it with the help of a programmer person.. One question. When I try to buy one of the downloable virtual products (sheet music) using the pay pay sand box. I get the order notice but I do not get the actual email with the downloable product. Why:?
The other question is that I want a plugin that automaticaly send the client the download product link after paying with out me having to accept and complete the purchase from my administration. What plug in shoud I installed.?

Hello, Please be aware that there are two flavors of WordPress: hosted WordPressdotcom (where we are ) and the open source WP (org) project at https://wordpress.org This support guide explains some of the differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Given the information above, it sounds like the site you are building is using the standalone WP (org) software.
