WordPress.com doesn’t provide phone support but if you own a plan upgrade, you can have access to live chat support on business days.
To access the chat support, go to My Sites → Help and click on Contact Us towards the bottom of the page.

In regards to selecting a theme for your project, you could use the filters
available in the search.For example you could use filters such as photography, food, music, portfolio, business, and more depending on the purpose of your site.
You could also enter a keyword in the search box, and you’ll only be shown themes that match.
This is the best way for selecting a theme that would work for your project. You can find more information on this here:

Hi there, just noting that pnrnews.com is currently hosted with GoDaddy. Are you planning on building a new site here on WordPressdotcom and mapping your custom domain or are you continuing on GoDaddy with a WP.org install?
