Building WP Blog or Website
-
Building the page was not too difficult. However, the only page remaining is my profile page with the About Me rectangle. I trashed several pages because they seem like duplicates. Now, I can’t find the main page I was working on. Nor do I know how to retrieve any of those pages from Trash. At the moment, I’m really frustrated. I had taken days to get to this point. Somehow, I lost the tab page that took me to the About Me page and the Contact page. What on earth to do. I took this journey because I thought it would be relatively easy. I’m not the forum type. I try to do things on my own, but I’m not tech savvy either. Please help set on a path to success. I want to blog about reversing Diabetes and use Affiliate Links?

Hey there!
First lets recover those trashed pages.
Go to My Sites -> Pages.
At the top of this page you should see “Published Drafts Scheduled Trashed.” Click on trashed. You should now see a list of pages that you’ve trashed. If you click on the three dots to the right of each listed page you’ll get a drop down menu where you’ll be able to click restore. And lo, the prodigal pages should return! You can check the “Published” page to make certain.
Now, lets get your menu back.
Go to My Sites -> Themes (Customize) -> Menus
Click on the Add Menu button. You can name your menu whatever you want (the original name was “Primary”). Once that’s done you should see a new sidebar with 3 tick boxes. Click on the box that says “Primary Menu.”
With that done, click on the button that says “Add Items.” That will open another sidebar that should populate with any pages available to be added to this menu (like the ones you just recovered!) Click on the plus sign (which will change to a check mark) to add them to your menu. Be sure to Save and Publish your changes!
Hopefully this helps you get your site back to how you want it. I know building a site for the first time can be frustrating at times, but don’t give up! You’re doing great!
