Built By WordPress Express Service

    Hello,

    I paid for the Built By WordPress Express service on the 4th of November, and I was contacted by a Happiness engineer by email on the 6th who asked some questions that they needed answers to before beginning to work on the site. I responded the same day but I haven’t heard back since despite sending follow up emails.

    The service says the website will be done in 4 days once work on it begins, so I was hoping that it would be done by the end of this week, as I have an event to go to that starts on the 12th and I really need the website to be up and running in time.

    At this rate I dont think that will be possible considering the upcoming weekend and the 4 day requirement, so I would like to request a refund and my website to go back to how it was before it was changed to a “coming soon” page. I will revisit the service after the event is over.

    I hope by posting here I will get a response.

    Hello,

    I only have one email sent by WordPress with that title which was sent on the 6th of November. Nothing after that from WordPress. I’ve also checked my junk/spam folder.

    Not quite sure what’s happening. I could attached the sole email thread that I have if you’d like.

    Hi there, thanks for sharing that screenshot. On our end we show those messages, but also our replies, which for some reason you are not able to see. Are you using an app to manage your emails? If you log into your account via your webmail portal are you able to see messages there? Is anything hidden under the […] icon in your signature as shown in your screenshot?
