  How do I activate mys business account? I’ve paid for a business account, ten weeks ago, but things happened and I didn’t get around to using it, but now I want to.

  After logging in I’m, I don’t have an account and I’m directed to a ‘buy a domain’, and after that , to a pay for another business/ other account page .I can’t contact anyone, because,catch 22, I can’t access my business account. What do you do in this situation?

  Hello –

  It sounds like the business plan was purchased under a different account from the one that you’re using here. I’ve reviewed the account you posted to us from, and there aren’t any purchases.

  Do you know what site was associated with the plan?

  I was a student and the account was linked to my academic email. I am not a student now and the academic email account is closed. Covid happened, and i kind of got lost for a couple of months.

  Three months ago, a week before Covid, WordPress automatically took £240.00 out of my bank account, but I can’t find the website which i’m supposed to have. I can’t contact them. Have I been legally soft-scammed by WordPress?

  Can I ask the bank to get my money back from WordPress? No website.

  The charge didn’t occur on the account you’re using here. If we knew which site you were billed for we could find the account. Or if you can share the email address that was on the account we could use that too – our software will automatically redact the email address when you post it, but our staff can still see it.

  Hey thanks for the reply.

  It feels like I’ve been scammed. I pay £240.00, and there’s no way i can contact the company. How do you contact them? Where’s their email/contact point?

  I’d like to get my money back, because i’m not paying for something i can’t access or use, and haven’t been able to use.

  The only charge on the account you’re currently logged in to is £36.00 for a Premium Plan on https://sumariantest.com/ which you placed today.

  From what you’re describing, you might have more than one account here and are just logged in to the wrong account.

  What is the URL of the site you’re referring to? We can look up what account that belongs to.
