I want a buisness email, the videos on YouTube that teach how to do this is not working for me because I do not know how to access the cpanel for my account with WordPress/ can someone please help?

The video you are watching is for the open source version of WordPress supported at WordPress.org. WordPress.com is a managed hosting service for WordPress sites, but it uses a different (but similar) version of WordPress.
It is possible to have business email with a WordPress.com site, but there is no cPanel.
