bulk media editing?

all the pictures on my blog are too big. i remember choosing “medium” as the sizing for all media i posted but i can’t find that again & i want to uniformly change all the images from my past posts to match the future ones (in the “thumbnail” size but with the option of clicking on the picture for a bigger view). heellpp.

Looking at the code on this post https://woolenwhale.wordpress.com/2014/05/18/marit-torgier/ both images have been inserted at “full” size which will fill the entire width of your theme’s content area.
Unfortunately, there’s no way to do this in “bulk”. It has to be done image by image per post.
If you wish to display such images smaller, you would have to edit each post, click on each image, click on the pencil icon that appears and then choose “medium” under “Display Settings”. If you want your image to open in a new window when clicked on, you can check the box for “Open link in a new window/tab” under “Advanced Options”.
If you are going to be posting a lot of images in the future, you may want to consider using the Gallery feature. https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/gallery/
