Bulk Page Name Shortcode?

  I’m adding pages in bulk and want to use the page title throughout multiple spots in the template. For Instance; “Smithtown” is the page title. I have 3-4 boxes that will have different uses. One being “Smithtown Real Estate For Sale”, “Smithtown Real Estate Home Values”, “Smithtown Real Estate Statistics” etc. There will be 50+ pages of different cities. How do I just pull the title name into the text blocks I want? Is there a shortcode or something like “[page-name] Real Estate Statistics”
