Bullet points not showing in Storefront

    Hi,

    I am having this issue with Goshopia.com. The product description has some bullet points with features of the products in the short description and in the long one. In the editor, I am able to see it, but it is not showing on the website.
    Please help!
    This is the text in the short description…

    and this is the page not showing them… instead there is an empty dodgy space.

    This site Goshopia.com is not with WordPress.com and so our support is limited in this instance.

    Do you know if this theme has any word limits for the short description built in?

    Thanks a lot for your quick response. It is on WordPress… maybe it is the .org? It happens in the long and short descriptions and only in some product pages.. it might be something with the CSS?

    Hello Ara,

    It’s definitely a self-hosted site in that case and our support is limited because of that.

    Have you added custom CSS to the site? If yes, that would be the first thing to remove to see which lines are causing issues.

    Failing that, you would need to reach out to the theme developers for help.
