  Hello, I want to start a bulletin board on WordPress. Something for real estate, where people can log in and place their ads. Do you have any templates? Thanks

  Hello there,

  You would need a directory style plugin to be able to run that, and there may be something in the plugin repo that may be of use: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/directory/

  In order to run this kind of plugin on WordPress.com, the site would need to be on the business plan.

  You can choose any theme; you will be able to change it anytime in the future.
