  How can I change the bullets so that they will always show up as regular dot bullets instead of stars? My theme is Vigilance. Thanks!!

  Give this a try and see what you think. This affects only the unordered lists in the content area.

  .entry ul li, .c-body ul li {
  background: none;
  display: list-item;
  list-style: disc outside;
  margin: 5px 0 0 20px;
  padding: 0 0 0 10px;
  }
