Bundle Cancellation
-
I I would like to cancel my wordpress.com bundle but still keep my domain with you. The reason is that I need to be able to upload my own theme to use! Thanks for coming back to me as quickly as possible. Have a good day.

No upgrade here will allow us to use any theme other than the 200+ that appear in our WordPress.com dashboard under Appearance>Themes. If you need to upload a theme, you might want to look at hosting your own install of WordPress software on a 3rd party server.
Here’s how to request a refund for a bundle http://en.support.wordpress.com/bundles/#canceling-a-bundle

Thanks for answering, I know the upgrade doesn’t allow uploading custom themes, when I noticed that I payed for a bundle for no reason I wanted to canceel and get a refund, I clicked on cancel and refund.. but I have yet been refunded or answered by any person from wordpress.
I do have my own hosting and I will install wordpress.org software, but firest I want to get my refund for this 99$ bundle. (I will leave my domain registered here though)
Is there any ophone number we can call to contact support? I cannot find one.

There is no phone support.
Did you try using the contact form at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
Regardless, I will tag this for Staff assistance. Please be patient while they get back to you as there is a bit of a backlog.

Thank you so much for your help.
I just got the email to cancel and refund my bundle, I click on the “Confirm Cancellation” button in the email and it brings me to a WordPress Failure Notice with this wriiten “Are you sure you want to do this?” and nothing else… I am sure I want to do this but there is nothing on the page except that text…

I have canceled and refunded your bundle minus the domain as requested.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!
