  Why is the $99 bundle not available for my blog?

  Hi there, we make the $99 Bundle available to those users who would benefit most from it, e.g. those who recently purchased a Domain Mapping upgrade or those coming up on a renewal for a Domain Mapping upgrade. You have a Domain Mapping upgrade that expires in July 2013 and a Custom Design upgrade that you purchased recently and that expires in November 2013. If you wish, I can refund your Custom Design upgrade for a credit and send you a link to a Bundle purchase (using your current Domain Mapping). Let me know if it’s something you are interested in.
