Hi, we have just noticed that our website is down because of domain expiration. Please help us to restore our website. We lost access to our wordpress account as well.

For your information:
After the grace period ends, your domain enters the redemption period, the length of which can vary. This means the domain name can still be renewed, but there is an $80.00 redemption fee required in addition to the normal renewal cost. (This is standard practice for domain registrars.)
It’s important to note that during the redemption phase, domains can be included in expired-domain auctions, where another party can bid on your domain name. If the domain is claimed by someone else in an auction, you will not be able to renew. If you made a payment in attempt to reclaim the domain out of redemption and were unsuccessful, you will get a refund.

As @kosiew already said, we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else.
A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.
The total price will be 106$, which is 26$ for the regular renewal, plus the $80 late renewal fee.
I have already emailed you a payment request. If you wish to recover your domain, complete the payment and reply back to this thread so that I can begin the recovery process.

Thanks! We made the payment. After the process, do you think we can have access to bushratsai.com/wp-admin? Because we lost our access to it and all of our website content are there.

Once you get the domain back, your wp-admin link should work as before, but if you are hosting elsewhere, you may want to be sure you’re current with the host as well. Most likely you are but it’s worth a check!

Good news! Your site is back up and going. A link to http://bushratsai.com/wp-admin should work now, though it may take a few hours for your internet connection to refresh its cache and recognize that. If it doesn’t work yet, give it a little time. If it still doesn’t work within the day, your ISP may be able to help.
Since you’re hosting with a new provider, you might consider transferring the domain to them, too, just so all of your billing is in one place. Here’s a how-to:
