Sure. Underneath “Paul Buckle” it says my name (I wrote the post). I’d like to remove it, or at least have it say “Paul Buckle”: https://paulbuckletlc.wordpress.com/2015/04/13/about-paul-buckle/

Depending on what you exactly want to disappear you have two options with Custom CSS. Just add the following code if you want your name to be out:
.entry-meta .author {visibility:hidden;}And if you also want to delete that creation date under your name
.entry-meta {visibility:hidden;}I hope this helps you.

dwoog – I wanted to mention that using
visibility: hidden;…still preserves the space that an HTML element takes up on the site, so you may end up with gaps on your site, which can be more or less noticeable depending how big the element is.
If you would like to collapse the space an element would have taken up so there are no possible gaps, you can use this instead:
