  I would like an E-commerce site and I am willing to pay… Only if I have good customer service. Can I talk to someone on the phone, This will make or break my discussion​.

  I’m afraid we don’t currently offer any eCommerce options on WordPress.com.

  For eCommerce I can recommend the WooCommerce plugin instead, which you can install on any self-hosted WordPress.org site.
