Just go to Paypal.com and it will automatically take you to their Indian version of Paypal according to your country location.

It is possible to integrate my business account with PayTM?WordPress.com doesn’t support Indian Payment Gateways. You must have an International transaction enabled Credit/Debit card.
You can also use PayPal.As you have doubts on purchase and pricing, I am tagging modlook . Someone from the staff will help you with further guidance.

If you want to install an ecommerce and/or payment gateway plugin on your site to sell goods or services, you need a Business Plan as only sites on that plan can use plugins.

However, you can still sell single products/services using the Simple Payments button available on the Premium Plan, or a plain HTML PayPal button that can be used on free and Personal Plan sites.

If they have a WordPress plugin, you should be able to use it on a Business Plan site. We don’t offer any direct integration with them.

You need to contact PayPal to ask about this. We cannot advise you on how PayPal works, as it’s a completely different company from WordPress.com.
