  I am trying to choose which upgraded account I’d prefer.
  1.) Can we upgrade at anytime if I choose the $99 one, but then later need to implement ecommerce?
  2.) With the $299 a year plan are all Premium Themes free?
  and
  3.) I was going to start my free trial but wanted to know if the $299 would be billed all at once in two weeks, or if it shows up as a monthly charge on my card?
