Business account refund

  Hello,
  I received the 29/09/17 the mail refund but the transaction did not take place and we are 13/12/2017.
  How long does it take? Could you do it as soon as possible please?

  Hi there,

  I can see we issued the refund on September 29, 2017. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
