Business AND/OR Premium Account for Custom Templates

  Do I need a Business Account in order to add my own Custom Templates?

  I bought the Jupiter WordPress theme and I was wondering if I will be able to successfully Add Theme to my WordPress site with a Premium account and not have to buy a Business account.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. Neither the premium nor business upgrade will allow you to use custom themes with WordPress.com. The ONLY themes we’re allowed to use are the ones listed here: https://wordpress.com/themes/ This is entirely regardless of upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/
