Business Change of ownership/Management

    Hi, I would like to gain access to a website where there has been a change of ownership/ management for a hotel. The old owners do not want to provide the new owners access. Is there a process to be followed in order to get a transfer of domain/ website. Thanks Ross

    What is the URL of the site?

    If the site is hosted with us on WordPress.com, the only way we can give you access is if you can verify ownership via our account recovery process:

    Recover Your Account

    If the site is using WordPress at another hosting provider, we won’t be able to help at all. We only have control over sites on our servers. In that case you’d need to contact the hosting provider where the site is hosted directly for help.
