    Why does our website still say apexmovementwesthartford.wordpress.com?
    We paid for the upgrade so that wordpress does not show.
    Also, I was charged for a full year instead of monthly installments. Please advise

    I don’t see any upgrades in your account and apexmovementwesthartford.wordpress.com doesn’t have any upgrades connected to it.

    What upgrade exactly did you buy, and as what username were you logged in when you bought it?

    Also, I was charged for a full year instead of monthly installments.

    As indicated on the Plans page, all upgrades on WordPress.com are billed yearly. That is stated directly below the indicated monthly cost.
