  Hi. I’ve now just realised that my website is not working and the business plan has expired. I didn’t renew it as I was very busy with funeral arrangements for my mother and so I want to know if WordPress can retrieve my website once if I upgrade to the WordPress pro website?

  I’m sorry to hear about your mother’s passing – that’s a tough thing to go through.

  I reached out to the Pro support team and they still have backups for your site, so you would need to subscribe to Pro first. Then, reach out to the support team via your account page and ask them to restore your site to the point prior to your plan expiring. You can reach them here once you get the Pro plan in place:
