Hello,
I am a personal trainer, teacher and CPR instructor. Before I break any rules, am I allowed to create a page where I offer services to certify for CPR and for my personal training? As of now my site is basically just an information based website. Can I use it to offer my services in exchange for monetary gains as well? Please let me know.

Aside from a blog being accepted into WordAds, no blogger initiated advertising, retailing or reselling the work or products created or services provided by anyone other than yourself is allowed on free hosted wordpress.com blogs. E-commerce transactions via shopping carts and the like cannot be conducted on free blogs from and being free hosted by wordpress.com

gotcha… So if I am understanding this, then I can offer my personal training services and CPR training course services but I can not add things to my site that sells third party products… such as affiliates or google adsense.
Also, if i wanted to add a paypal plug-in to pay for the services that I provide then that is ok but shopping cart type of plugins are not permitted.
Am I understanding this correctly?

correct – there’s no FTP access to free hosted wordpress.com blogs and we cannot install any plugins
