Business package

I just set up my account. I wanted to pay for the business package (I am not quite sure if that is what I paid for) and I have been given a 14 day free trial with pressable – I have no idea what all these means. Please can you clarify the package I am currently running? I do not have access to your chatters for support. Please help me, I need clarity!

From the URL, it looks like the website is hosted by Pressable and not WordPress.com. To get more details about your hosting plans, it’s best to contact the peeps Pressable.
This is the official public support community for WordPress.com. WordPress.com is a fully hosted solution of the publishing platform WordPress.

It looks like you bought a Business Plan from us for the site, hausofclass.wordpress.com (at the domain, hausofclass.com). We don’t offer free trials on WordPress.com, but we do offer a full refund for 30 days after purchase, and for 48 hours on domains, should you decide you don’t want that plan any more. You can also cancel the plan and keep the domain. Then we can help you use the domain with another service provider.
The site you indicated in your thread, hausofclass.mystagingwebsite.com, is hosted with Pressable, as staff-dexter indicated above. That site is a self-hosted WordPress website, and is not on our servers, so we can’t help you with that site or any purchases you might have made from Pressable. Please contact Pressable support directly for help with that site.
