business package is not active on my paid for account ?

i have paid for a business account of a few hundred pounds and nothing has changed on my site and i am unable to use things like chat support,
i have tried also to link a domain that i already own to a wordpress site but i wants to change me even more money ?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there,
make sure you are logged in as Admin https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade for it.Then please check these two locations:
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/Dashboard > Store > Billing History
