Business package not yet active

    Recently purchaged business package, but it is saying credit is available use it to buy a package before it is expired. What is the meaning of this

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi @venuebaba , your business plan is active. Should you ever want to upgrade to the eCommerce plan (which is similar, but includes several premium WooCommerce extensions) you could use the remaining credit toward that upgrade, but you’re also welcome to keep the Business Plan as is if it’s a good fit for you. It is for many people.

    Or I need one more website with eCommerce site as well. Can I use this credit point.

    It’s not possible to have multiple sites, per plan. It’s one plan per site.

    What are you looking to build exactly? The reason why I ask is because it’s possible to house an ecommerce site under the one site.

    I’d be eager to find out more so that we can come up with steps on how to do that.
