Business Package – Upgrade

  Hi –

  A couple months ago I purchased a WordPress.com Business Plan (pre-paid for 1 year). Now up and running I am already finding that I’ll need to migrate to WordPress.org to get over the limitations I currently have with WordPress.com.

  Assuming if I had chosen month to month then I would be able to easily cancel. Any insight into how I can maintain my domain, migrate, and gets some of the fees back?

  Plans are only available as a yearly fee up front, so no month-to-month.

  As a business plan subscriber, you should also be able contact Staff directly via your Dashboard https://wordpress.com/help/contact

  If you see a plain contact form like the one on the left in these screenshots, you may need to be logged in with a different username account:
