  I want to purchase business plan the 25E plan per month. with this plan I can only build one site? or I can build more? Thank you.

  That’s right. The plan only applies to one site (though you could build extra free sites if they didn’t need Business plan features). Upgrades are charged annually in advance, not monthly.
