  Just a quick question, on a Business plan,
  1- Will i be able so sell products on the store using woocommerce?
  2- Accept cash on delivery?
  3- Accept card payments?

  With the WordPress.com Business Plan, you can sell anything directly through your website with a plugin like WooCommerce.

  Yes, you will be able to accept payments through cards and cash on delivery.
