  Hello I was wondering if I would still be able to use woocommerce on the business plan? As well upload purchased plugins?

  Hi there, WooCommerce is a plugin, so you would be able to install it if you have the Business plan on your WordPress.com website. https://wordpress.com/support/plan-features/#word-press-com-business

  If you think your main focus is sales on your WordPress.com, you might want to consider the E-Commerce plan, which includes a number of additional plugins https://wordpress.com/support/plan-features/#word-press-com-e-commerce
