  Can I use plugins for my WP website if I subscribe to the Premium plan? Or is this only available for Business Plan and higher? Also, can I accept Stripe payments on all available plans? Thanks for your help.

  Plugin installation is only available for Business plan and eCommerce plan.

  Also, can I accept Stripe payments on all available plans? Thanks for your help.

  Valid for paid plans

  The Payments feature is available for all sites with a WordPress.com paid plan. The feature is also available for self-hosted sites on a paid Jetpack plan.
