  why i have to pay for business plan again when i already pai $204 last friday for premiun business plan for ayears?

  I can’t see a purchase made on this particular account – have you made a purchase with a different account?

  If yes, do you have a website or URL of where that plan was purchased for?

  yes, the URL IS Charmsbusinesss1.com

  Yes, The URL is Charmsbusiness1.com the previous website is charmsbusiness.com and still active im so confused of what’s happening. please help me or fix the issues I paid someone on fiverr who’s set the store for me, and I pick from there. Thank you

  Hi there!

  I believe I understand what’s going on here. You do have a site with the WordPress.com Business plan (among several other sites), but that’s on a different WordPress.com account, not the @paulinekai2021 WordPress.com account you originally posted from. You seem to have managed to log into the correct account, though, as your second reply is from @islandtwist38.

  While you’re logged into @islandtwist38, you will see that you have access to the site with the WordPress.com Business plan (that’s charmsbusiness1.com).

  I see that you have added a domain connection for the other domain charmsbusiness.com to the same site, but this domain is not configured to load your WordPress.com site yet. It’s currently pointing to a WordPress.org site hosted by Namecheap, which is a different hosting company.

  To clarify, there are two versions of WordPress: WordPress.com and WordPress.org. There are some differences between the two. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.

  Your site at charmsbusiness1.com is hosted by us at WordPress.com, while your site at charmsbusiness.com is currently using WordPress.org and is hosted by Namecheap. May I know if you wanted to move your site to us?
