  Hi there, can you tell us a bit more about the trouble you are having? I can see that you appear to have successfully upgraded https://alecblonk7.wpcomstaging.com/ to the Business plan and installed your first plugins/themes on that site. Did you mean to upgrade https://alecblonk.wordpress.com/ instead? This is another site you have on your account that is still on the “free plan” so it does not have business features. If you do not need this site you can delete it to avoid confusion: https://wordpress.com/settings/delete-site/alecblonk.wordpress.com

  If instead you wish to retain that site and use the Business plan features on it instead please let us know and we can take a closer look at moving your upgrade between sites.
