  Hi @adhanet123,
  You have free unlimited access to all the premium themes when you upgrade to a Premium or a Business plan and therefore you can switch to any premium theme at no extra cost, as many times as you’d like.

  So no, you do not have to pay extra for premium themes when you upgrade to a Business plan.
