  I do not have an answer for you. When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads.   Hi @steamped4you, our Business plan actually enables support for Shopify, Ecwid, and Gumroad. One of those providers may offer options to add personalization fields. I tried a quick search and found this which may help, but I’d recommend getting in touch with each of those companies to see who has the best solution for you.
