Business plan

  Hi
  I am currently looking to create 3 websites. I have looked into what would be cheaper between getting 3 websites made or creating my own on WordPress. As I understand you need a business plan to be able to add plugins and themes etc. So my question is, if you own a business plan, can you then make multiple websites and add themes/plugins to them all? or does the business plan only cover 1 website and the to add the plugins etc to the other sites would require me to buy separate business plans?
