  Hi – i’m about to register for the Business plan – is it correct that there is a 30 day trial and money back guarantee if it’s not suitable?

  Hi there,

  1. For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.

  2. For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 30 days.
