  Hi I already have a WordPress site install through Bluehost. Now I wanted to com=nnect MailChimp to it and it said I will need a business plan. Will it affect my current website if I get a business plan. Will anything physically change if i upgrade to a business plan?
  How compatible is it to zemez themes?

  Hosting with Bluehost means you are using WordPress.org software, rather than WordPress.com:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  Our plans are only compatible with sites hosted on WordPress.com. Can you confirm the address of the site you are seeing this message for?

  And if possible, make a screenshot of the page where it appears and upload it to service like Snaggy so I can take a look.

  If you created a site on WordPress.com, upgraded plans and pointed the domain from the current site to us, the old site would no longer load at that address. But once I know the site address and where you are seeing the message, I’ll be able to give you more information :)
