Business Plan and Migrate existing site

We have a wordpress CMS based site hosted at godaddy, we plan to move it to wordpress.com hosting business plan.
How can I pre-verify that after migration site look and feel will be preserved and migration will go smoothly ?
Do you provide migration help with business plan ?

Hi there,
Whether the look will be preserved depends on if we have the theme that you’re using on your self-hosted site. It’s not possible to import themes to WordPress.com, so you’ll only be able to use one of the themes appearing at My Site ->Themes.
All that can be migrated here is your content. You do that by creating an export file under Tools ->Export in your self-hosted site’s dashboard. You then import that file at My Site ->Settings ->Import. You should only switch your domain over to WordPress.com AFTER the import has completed.
If you are using the Jetpack plugin for stats and subscriptions on your site we can use that to also migrate your followers and stats for you, but your theme, settings and database files cannot be migrated to WordPress.com.

It is not possible to install any themes from elsewhere on WordPress.com, no. Only themes listed at My Site ->Themes can be used here, regardless of plan.

It is still not possible to install custom themes, no. This has been the case for as long as WordPress.com has been around.
