Business Plan based on WordPress account or site?

  I need more information about what is covered in the business plan upgrade.
  Are the upgrade features available based on per WordPress account or per site/ domain? i.e if I have one WordPress account but created several sites, do they all share in, and have access to, all the features of the business plan, or each of the sites I own need to sign up for a separate premium or business plan?

  For these kinds of questions, is there another channel of communication directly to customer service or happiness engineers, instead of a public forum posting?

  The Business Plan upgrade is per site, not per account. This is the main channel for asking general questions. When a staff member is needed we can tag the thread for their assistance.
