Business Plan but Support are not responding

    I have been trying to chat to WordPress support today and I have had no responses. Just a two months ago, I would get immediate or close to immediate responses from them. We payed for the Business account so we would get “24/7 Priority” support but I’m getting nothing from them. I am getting a pitiful bit of time out from my class to update the School Website and set up notifications and I am totally stuck. Not knowing what to do and how to progress. We set up notifications last year with a 3rd party and something went very wrong which we can’t correct. I used chat last week, sending queries and it took days for anyone to get back to me. Not even with something useful. I explained that our problem was not working with the suggested advice from the reading they sent me. They then took days to send the same things to read. I don’t understand what we are paying for if we are not getting support. Please help.
