Business Plan – Concierge Support

  I want to purchase the Business Plan and use the Concierge Support service.

  However, for a different Word Press site. I do not have the Word Press login for my site…I am logging in now to ask these questions from a different Word Press website.

  So, how can I purchase the Business plan for my site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi themrskp,

  A member of staff has already replied to you in this thread. As they mentioned, advancedsafetymanagement.com isn’t hosted on WordPress.com. It won’t be possible to purchase a Business plan for that site as it is not hosted with us. Is this the site you are referring to or is there another one you would like to upgrade?

  When I log in to the site it says WordPress.

  Understood, there is free WordPress software that you can install on your own at any host like Bluehost. Which is what you’ve done.

  Then there’s a managed service here, where we provide hosting, maintenance, and several other aspects of managing a WordPress site for you. You can see our pricing here:

  If your site is not using our Business plan and hosted on our servers, we would not be able to provide a concierge session for you: just like a restaurant can’t really help with something you made in a different kitchen.

  If you want to subscribe to our service and create your site here instead, we could likely help.

  If you need help but want to stay with Bluehost, you might contact your current host to see if they offer any kind of service along those lines.
