business plan downgrade

Hello
a little while ago with WordPress customer service I downgraded the site and now I have the $ 8 plan.
But after almost an hour I only see the articles of 2018, the new articles from 2019 to 2021 are not there, the urls are giving an article not found error.Can you tell me what’s happening? Customer care no longer responds after the change and I can’t wait 24 hours

I see you’re still on a paid plan, which means you can get one to one support here: https://wordpress.com/help/contact rather than having to rely on the forums.

individual support no longer responds, after they wrote that it took 15 min they disappeared, there is an automatic reply.

may I ask how long it takes in your opinion, and if I will have problems with GB of storage?because these are things I’ve been asking for over a week, and I don’t know if they checked before proceeding.

Hmm, I’ve taken a look at your support history, are you talking in live chat but not getting a reply? The reason why I ask is because I can see everything was wrapped up.
I see a good few thousand pieces of content there, so this could take a while. My Advice would be to check back again in 24 hours to see how much is completed.
and if I will have problems with GB of storage?
This particular import does have that potential – I can see previously the site was using 20GB of space – and the plan the site is on now can only have 13 GB.
I suspect that if this has taken a week to complete, the storage would be the issue here.
Should this import not complete – you may wish to consider repurchasing the business plan.

they just said about the third party widget and layout problem. They were superficial. And now should I re-edit everything again?they no longer respond

Update, the email has arrived the transfer is complete. pity because all the photos from 2019 to 2021 are missing.
go to see the site there is no photo
and customer service is not reachable. is all this normal?

the last email received is 9 hours ago, the situation has not changed. Considering that my blog is small compared to others but having a business plan this is really absurd.
