    Hi,

    I am from Surabhi and new to wordpress.com. We have built our website with WPEngine.com and we want to migrate our site to wordpress.com. I didn’t find your phone support details on the wordpress.com website, please provide features of the business plan as below.

    1. Number of sites included
    2. Bandwidth per month
    3. Storage space
    4. limit of site visitors
    5. Support

    We didn’t find some details on the plans page of your website, please provide all the details.

    Hi Surabhi,

    1. Number of sites included

    Paid plans at WordPress.com are applied to a single site on your account. If you want to use the features of a paid plan on your new site you will want to select the appropriate plan for that site.

    2. Bandwidth per month

    WordPress.com doesn’t have any bandwidth limits.

    3. Storage space

    With the Business plan, you get 200 GB of storage space. On Business or eCommerce plans with plugins installed, videos do not count against your storage allotment.

    4. limit of site visitors

    We don’t have a traffic limit or a limit on the number of site visitors.

    5. Support

    With the Business plan, you get live chat support seven days a week with the annual or two-year plan.

    Hi Varsha,

    Is the business plan supports Multisite?

    And we want to migrate our self WordPress site to WordPress.com, we do require chat support for the monthly plan till the migration is complete. Because we need to monitor our site is working properly after migration, we require wordpress.com support if we get any issues. After completion of the full setup, we will move to an annual plan.
