Business Plan – Full Refund

Hello,
I would like to delete my plan and domain and receive a full refund of the Rs 9600 I paid.
I spoke to an agent via Chat, and was told that Domain Registration fees would be deducted. This is very wrong, as at the time of purchase, I was told that the Domain Registration is free with the plan. If you are providing 30 day money back guarantee for your plan and the special features offered don’t get covered, user expect that to be explicitly called out. I find this to be totally unfair. It’s like the main item is refundable but the free item would be charged (that is so not the write way to do it, and if still it needs to be done, it should be called out clearly, so users can make their choice).
The website I need help with is one-decor.com.
I would request the team to please look into this and provide a full refund. And if the business plans to continue with this practice, please notify customers clearly at the time of purchase.
P.S:
1) Please provide some empathy training to your agents. While sharing my frustration, regarding this fees with your agent, S/he replies back with a smile. Certainly not how you win customers
2) Secondly, his argument, that this is a 3rd Party fees. Agreed, but it’s being offered free by WordPress. Amazon doesn’t charge Shipping for Return Items not it asks for Shipping fees at the time of return. And if it does, it clearly calls it out to the customer, so they can make their choice.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, Just to clarify a point about your custom domain; are you planning to use that domain name on a site anywhere else on the web? If so, you’ll want to hang on to it in order to point the domain name servers to your new website until you can transfer it to your new web host or registrar. If you completely cancel your domain name, there is no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it elsewhere. You should only cancel a domain if you are completely finished with it.

I would like to completely cancel the website.
Thanks for the sharing the refund policy. I understand this now, and would keep in mind for all my future purchases. But at the time of booking, the only thing clearly called out was the 30 day Money Back Guarantee. Similar to this note, along with the Domain Registration, if this was also called out (48Hrs Free Cancellation), then this confusion wouldn’t have happened. And that’s my recommendation to the Product / Marketing team, to really help future users avoid the same issue I fell into.
