Business plan inquiry

  the pricing of the business plan is shown as Rs 640 per month, when billed annually. but when i go to checkout, it shows me 25 USD per month which on conversion rate is Rs 1,900 per month (roughly 3 times the price being shown).
  Kindly explain, why this difference and which price to trust. we don’t expect a global brand like wordpress to play such games with their users.
