Business plan issues

  I have a business plan with WordPress and my site has a .com domain, but when I login to my wordpress account it says I do not have a website. If I login via the website itself (via *website_url*/wp-admin) then I can edit the website content but I am unable to access any information about my plan (e.g. to update payment details). Please can you email me to discuss. I can’t access live chat either, which is frustrating as I have paid for this service.
